We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the purchase date unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • All included components must be returned
  • Proof of purchase is required
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee when applicable.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at sales@aurorapet.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item name or item ID
  • The reason for the return

Return Review and Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 15 days for any approved refund to be processed back to the original payment method.

Refused Orders

If an order is refused at delivery, any refund issued may be reduced by outbound shipping charges and a restocking fee of up to 20%, when applicable.
